Acceptance of Terms

Suspension and Termination

Upon account termination for cause, mario888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 72 hours, and any verified balance will be returned accordingly.

Governing Law and Disputes
